    Our Mission

    We believe in the old adage, "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a
    man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." Our mission is to enable people to improve
    their quality of life and work by acquiring effective skills that will serve them for the rest
    of their lives. We provide coaching and skills training in organizing and work flow
    processes. Our specialty is working with business professionals and entrepreneurs one-
    on-one in their home or business offices, as well as in group training sessions.

    What Makes A Better Way Solutions different?

    A Better Way Solutions goes beyond clearing out the physical clutter and creating
    physical systems. In order to gain that higher quality of life and work, it is important for
    our clients to develop control over their daily schedule and action items so they can
    more consistently accomplish their goals.

    There is an even more important piece of the puzzle that most organizers recognize and
    feel helpless to change. Over time, many people seem to revert to old patterns that
    sabotage their ability to stay organized. For change to become permanent, there must
    be a cleaning out of old beliefs and habits as well. Our skilled Change Practitioner,
    Marcia Warner, has been certified in processes that can help clients to overcome their
    limiting beliefs and develop more productive habits that will better serve them.

    Who is Marcia Warner?

    Marcia founded A Better Way Solutions in January of 2007 after receiving her training
    as  a professional organizer. Her mission in life is "to uplift, empower, and enlighten
    people", and she chose to do this work because it fits perfectly with that mission. For
    over 30 years, Marcia has been helping businesses and individuals to streamline
    processes, develop effective work systems, and create good paper flow.  

    She is uniquely qualified to work in both the corporate environment and the home office,
    with 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and over 15 years of running her
    own home-based businesses.

    In order to provide the greatest value for her clients, Marcia has earned four industry-
    related certifications in the areas of Organization and Filing methods, Productivity and
    Time Management, as well as NLP Change Processes. She is a member of several
    professional organizations that help her to stay abreast of industry updates, and serves
    as the communications chair in the local NAPO Chapter-in-formation.
